Q + A

What should I wear?

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. We recommend gentlemen to dress themselves in a suit or dress shirt paired with a tie, while ladies are encouraged to opt for a knee-length to maxi dress or pantsuit.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony is scheduled to commence at 4:00 PM, with the doors opening thirty minutes prior to the bride's entrance. Guests are welcome to arrive early to socialize and secure seating arrangements.

Are Children Allowed?

Children are warmly welcomed to join us at our wedding celebration! Our daughter brings us immense happiness, and we would be delighted to have your child share in the joy of our special day. Please be sure to include any of your children you plan to bring when you RSVP. For your convenience, there will be a children's nursery available at the church, staffed by a childcare worker. You may choose to drop your child off just outside the ceremony and reception areas or keep them close to you throughout the festivities. We understand that every parent's preference may vary, so the choice is entirely yours. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy some adult time and unwind if they wish.

Will the ceremony, dinner and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, offering comfort and ample space for all attendees. Dinner will be served outdoors under a spacious gazebo. Additionally, the church's expansive layout ensures there will be plenty of room for dancing indoors.

What will the weather be like?

While weather conditions can be unpredictable, the current forecast anticipates clear skies with a daytime high of 66°F and a nighttime low of 52°F.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we have chosen to have an unplugged wedding ceremony. A professional photographer will be capturing memorable moments throughout the event, and we look forward to sharing these professionally curated photos with all our guests. However, following the ceremony, feel free to capture as many photos as you'd like during the remaining wedding festivities.

Will there be parking avaiable?

There is ample parking available right outside the church, plenty of room for all of our guests.

What type of food will be served?

For dinner, there will be an assortment of BBQ pulled pork, tender ribs, accompanied by an array of sides, and a selection of refreshing non-alcoholic beverages.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

To accommodate any dietary restrictions, please reach out to Alexis directly via text or phone call at 479-305-1622. This will allow our catering team to be informed and take necessary precautions to ensure your food is prepared safely and free from allergens.

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

As our reception will be held at a church, we respectfully ask that our guests adhere to the alcohol-free policy in accordance with the venue's regulations.
